I want to write and thank you for your counselling sessions. Before I started the sessions, I was feeling extremely low due to a recent bereavement and financial pressures after been made redundant just before Covid hit and not securing a job for nearly 9 months and at a much lower pay than previously. It was so helpful to be able to talk with you and reflect upon my feelings, behavioural patterns, and habitual responses. I now feel that I am in a much better space and taken some positive actions around self-care and wellbeing.
